I am so proud of this last client. She recently purchased her first investment home. After some amazing renovations she asked me to put the property on the market. She explained that she wanted choices. After a good conversation I took a look at the data. I decided to price it slightly under market rent. This strategy worked. We received over 12 offers on that property. After going over each and every offer we came to the conclusion that highest isn’t always best. Sometimes the more that somebody’s willing to pay, means the less they qualify.
