Do you know what I think is cool…

Seeing women OWN who they are. Proudly embracing their body at all stages. Wear the damn shorts, rock that bikini, wear that favorite sports bra… it doesn’t matter that you aren’t at you leanest.

Seeing ladies upping their calories to maintenance and above. Breaking free of constantly living in a calorie deficit and the extreme dieting mindset.

Seeing all my badass girls lifting weights and having strength goals. There is something so empowering about saying goodbye to endless hours of cardio and focusing on lifting weights and getting stronger. Exercise should not be purely to burn calories to “look thin”.

Seeing women building empires and chasing career goals.

Seeing women supporting each other instead of tearing each other down. Her win does not mean your loss. Cheer loud for that girl next to you …even if she is pretty, even if she is smart, even if she is successful, even if you are not happy with where you are right now… because one day you will really need that applause too.
