We are seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various pest control services for residential and commercial clients, ensuring their properties remain pest-free. We are seeking a candidate that is motivated and willing to learn.

❗️Hourly wage starts at $20 - $30 depending on experience (willing to train the right motivated candidate)

Responsibilities 🖇️

- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical and non-chemical solutions.

-Utilize power tools, hand tools, and light machinery as needed for effective pest management.

-Provide clients with recommendations on preventative measures to avoid future infestations.

-Communicate with clients on a daily basis

-Maintain accurate records of services performed

-Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services or products that may benefit clients.

-Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations (Key West to Key Largo)

Qualifications 🗒️

-Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

-Familiarity with lawn care practices, farm operations, and landscape maintenance is a plus.

-Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

-Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.

-Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

-Background check required prior to employment

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

-A commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations related to pest control practices.

-Must be able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)

-Willing to learn
