What bold step are you taking next?

I had the opportunity to be a tourist in my own city while hosting a friend visiting Las Vegas for a major conference.
We visited the flamingos, turtles, and ducks, explored the Bellagio Conservatory, stopped by Resorts World and Juniors, and relaxed poolside under the Eiffel Tower.
There is truly so much to experience here beyond gaming—which is why the fun economy continues to thrive. What is your favorite Vegas spot?

Being a panelist at HD Expo Las Vegas was an amazing full-circle moment.
From attending last year to speaking this year on wellness, hospitality design, and guest experience, it truly does my heart good to share insights after 20+ years in the industry. Growth, consistency, and showing up matter. Looking forward to what 2027 brings. What trends are you seeing?
