We’re excited to announce that Ruben Ramirez, CF-L2 Coach and Gymnastics Specialist, has officially joined the team! 🥳

Originally from Venezuela, Ruben grew up playing baseball and volleyball before discovering his true passion—CrossFit—at the age of 18. Ten years later, that same spark fuels his coaching philosophy: fitness should be both joyful and transformative.

With over five years of coaching experience, Ruben is especially known for his gymnastics expertise. Whether you’re working on your first pull-up or refining your ring muscle-up, he meets you where you are and helps you move better, get stronger, and build confidence.

Ruben is also the co-founder of Make It Happen, a mindset and performance project that offers personalized programming, community, and coaching. His mission is simple: to help every athlete grow stronger, move well, and have fun doing it.
