Morning Ramblings: 43. Wow. I’m still here. I’m living out dreams I wrote on pages of papers years ago and even though I told so many people about these dreams, I didn’t know if I would actually make it here. Here. France. Here. My own studio. Here. A stranger to a country and myself. I am becoming a ghost of my past self although the old Liz is still in there. There’s a new person emerging. Inching and crawling my way to this new birth.

It’s scary. It’s exhausting. Where am I even going? What will become of my music career although it was never my plan but, got me to so many places. Time to dream again and also, I need and want to stand where I am to take it all in. I’m so proud of me.

Maybe it’s time to finish a couple of scripts I’ve started.

I’m so lucky. I’m so blessed. Even when I’m sad and feel completely out of my element. This life is what my younger self would dream and cry about. I’m so lucky. I paid my rent this month.
