The answer to why? Is why not! I was thinking while I was out there why do I do things like this. In the beginning the answers were super coachy we need to challenge our selves to grow. By the middle I headed to guru land so we can see who were are without all the other things. By the end I had stepped back into my human form why the f**k do I do this s**t to myself. And by the time I reached my house I needed this to remind myself of who I am.

The level of f**kery in my head is directly correlated to the level of importance I put all the millions of things I have zero control over and don’t really have impact on me.
