Anniversary Celebration:
An Evening of Art and Music at the Betsy Hotel!
Julia Zurilla is a Miami-based multimedia artist whose work explores memory, displacement, and belonging. Drawing from family archives and obsolete formats like 8 mm film alongside digital media, she creates layered, fragmentary narratives that move between the intimate and the collective.
Her work has been exhibited internationally and is held in major institutional collections. She is the recipient of multiple awards and continues to develop projects that reflect the poetics of memory and identity.
🎶Featuring Elijah McCormack, Amernet String Quartet, Anna Fateeva, and Julia Zurilla, this program traces a journey from innocence to illusion to awakening through music by Britten, Glass, and Handel.
