Tight hips or tension in your lower back?

The Frog Pose is a great way to work on hip mobility, especially hip abduction and external rotation. It also creates a strong stretch through your inner thighs and can help reduce that stiff, restricted feeling around your hips and pelvis.

This can be especially useful if you sit a lot, train your lower body regularly, or simply feel like your hips do not move as freely as they should. Better hip mobility can also help your knees and lower back by allowing movement to be distributed more evenly through your body.

Move into the position slowly, keep it comfortable, and do not force the range. More depth is not always better. The goal is to breathe, relax into the position, and gradually improve your mobility over time.
