A cappuccino is a coffee drink made from a mixture of espresso, steamed milk, and foam.
A traditional Italian cappuccino is generally a single shot of espresso topped with equal parts steamed and frothed milk (in a 1:1:1 ratio). Use more steamed and frothy milk for a smoother espresso and richer flavor.

Using copious amounts of milk and sugar in your coffee may come out of necessity rather than preference. You may be used to drinking poor quality coffee, but why is it found everywhere?
- Sorting
During processing, the coffee cherries are sorted to remove unripe, misshapen or otherwise substandard berries. What happens to the discarded beans? They get packaged and sold for less money.
- Roasting
Over roasting causes an ashy, burnt and extremely bitter taste with almost no nutritional value to it.

Coffee beans loose their scent and taste rapidly after roasting, old coffee beans leave a dissapointing brew.
