I made a quick crudité and healthy dip which contained just 4 ingredients to eat before dinner..
I recommend starting dinner with either a salad or veggies in some form or a broth based soup with veggies.. this is an easy way to consume more veggies as well as curb your appetite for dinner. I try and batch prep cut up veggies on Sunday so I can quickly serve during the week.
