JV Plaza is a nine-story commercial building strategically located on a roundabout. The building’s architecture stands out for its distinctive design, featuring a cylindrical volume at the base designated for parking, topped by an elongated hexagonal volume. This hexagonal shape is conceived to break the uniformity of the base volume, creating a more visually appealing contrast.

The cylindrical volume will be clad in a metal structure that not only serves as an aesthetic element but also prevents direct views into the parking area, ensuring privacy and enhancing the building’s appearance. The upper volume, designated for offices, will offer panoramic views thanks to its glass wall that wraps around the entire structure.

The ground floor of the building will be designated for a restaurant, providing an ideal space for leisure and dining. Floors two through five will be dedicated to parking, facilitating access and convenience for users. Floors six through nine will house offices, offering modern and functional spaces for various business activities. The building’s roof will be utilized as a rooftop lounge, creating an exclusive space for relaxation and panoramic views.
