You don’t have to stop doing anything you used to do , you just have to choose not to add mood enhancers . Nowadays I’m just high on life 🤸

In the beginning everything feels a bit ‘weird’ . You have to re wire your brain to have FUN without it , but once I passed 7 months something clicked and everything made sense. It got easier from there.

Do I miss it sometimes ? Hell YEAH . I’m only human . Do I miss the hangovers ? Anxiety , Or days of unproductively after ? Hell NO !

I never imagined a life without dr*gs and alcohol present . And now I can’t ever imagine not being present 💯% of the time
