Happy National Relaxation Day! August 15th is a day to remind us the importance of slowing down 🐢 Take the time to check if you are dedicating some time in your days and weeks to relax. To celebrate this date we have the pleasure to be welcoming again Saudamini Chandra at for a Workshop. Saudamini is an Indian Restorative Yoga instructor trained at Sivananda (New Delhi & Kerala). This 3-day event is designed to empower participants with simple deeply relaxing poses that efficiently support reducing the effects of stress, alleviating fatigue/exhaustion, and chronic pain. Those interested in join, please text myself, Monika, or Capucine to reserve your spots (this is a very limited size class that will take place at the Clinic). Participants can join one or all lessons. I highly recommend these classes for those looking for strategies to cope with poor sleep, insomnia, and difficulty slowing down the mind or experiencing anxiety.
