This month we experienced great heartbreak when we found that one of our homes had been broken into. Thankfully no residents were harmed but holes were broken into the walls, wiring ripped out, countless electrical components damaged beyond repair, and the AC unit stolen. 

This setback is especially painful because our team had begun planning to turn the space into a community resilience hub and cooling station to provide resources, information, shade and water to our community. 

No donation is too small! Every dollar helps towards our recovery so please donate and share with your people. Our goal is $10,000 which will cover the cost of rewiring the home, replacing the AC unit, and help kickstart our resilience hub.
