On Saturday, 3rd of December, as part of the preparation for our main Walking Detox Challenge we will conduct a small team challenge for 32 miles without food.

This is the best walking meditation team challenge to stay physically active, achieve inner balance and retreat from the daily stresses we have in our lives.
