Giving Tree Chiropractic

If you missed it last time, we are returning to Ebb and Flow yoga studio in Chesterton for INTEGRATE: live- the hour long breath and movement class taught by Drs Ferguson!

The class consists of an introduction from them both, 10 minutes of guided anatomical breathwork by Dr. Grant, a 30 minute Foundations Training and yoga/movement flow by Dr. Kristina, and concludes with a nature based guided meditation/visualization by Dr. Grant as well as a brief Q & A. The class is the continuation of their developing chiropractic technique, Active Integration, and is progressive in nature- each session you may experience greater and greater body awareness and leave feeling more connection to your true nature. The price is $20 and the proceeds are donated back to Ebb and Flow to support students in need of more movement in their lives.
