We are currently looking to hire a Class A CDL driver. Deliveries in NC, SC, and VA. Home almost every night. Competitive pay, insurance, 401K and paid PTO. Piggyback/Moffett experience is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and willing to work in our warehouse when not driving. Fall is prime time to seed turf-type Tall Fescue, and doing it right makes all the difference. Here’s your quick guide to success:

✅ WHEN TO SEED
🎯 Ideal Soil Temps: 60–65°F
🌡️ Ideal Air Temps: 65–75°F
💡 Pro Tip: Mid-September is usually the sweet spot — cool nights + warm soil = perfect germination.

✅ SEEDING RATE
🌾 6–8 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. for bare soil
🌾 3–4 lbs for overseeding established lawns

✅ STARTER FERTILIZER
Use a balanced starter like:
📦 18-24-12 — high phosphorus helps strong root development right from the start.
Apply at 1 lb of phosphorus per 1,000 sq. ft.

✅ WATERING
Keep the soil consistently moist until germination (usually 5–10 days). Then, reduce to deeper, less frequent watering.

✅ PRO TIP:
Don’t forget to core aerate before seeding — it improves seed-to-soil contact and root growth!
