Mindful Paws

In a slightly different post than normal, we planted trees! Yesterday the Maryland Forest Service came and planted 900 native trees and shrubs behind one of our yards and along our driveway. This is something we’ve been planning and looking forward to for over a year!

The field behind our side yard wasn’t used for anything besides previously being hayed and it’ll be great to have trees to cut the wind and sound. For now it’s just a field of tubes but we’re excited to start seeing little trees start to grow this year!
