Digital Conversions LLC has now completed our 7th year of operation. We have had the pleasure of serving the needs of over 625 Customers, with a total of over 170 repeat Orders from some of those Customers. (We must be doing something right!)

During those seven years, we have digitized:

Over 212,000 Slides
Over 26,300 Negatives
Over 2,300 Disc films (more than 35,200 individual frames)
Over 41,700 Photographs
Over 1,400 Film Strip Frames
Over 1,200 Stereo Slide Frames
Over 1,700 Photo Album Pages

We have edited (Premier Service) more than 137,000 JPEG images of all types (slides, negatives, photos, etc.).

We have packaged over 2,400 Slide Bundles with our Space-SaverTM Service. Stacked on top of each other, that would create a stack of slide bundles more than 500 feet high - the equivalent of a 50-story building!

We have printed out more that 520 Folio Index Pages for our Customers.

We have created video slide shows for Customers totaling over 11,100 frames. At a rate of 7 seconds per image, that would amount to a continuous slide show lasting more than 21 hours.

We have printed over 12,200 photographs.

We have recovered lost files from more than 75 Mini-DVDs for our Customers, saving important videos that they feared had been lost forever.

We have restored more than 45 photographs.

We have digitized more than 930 Video Tapes in a variety of tape formats.

We have digitized more than 41,300 feet of movie film.

In doing all this, we have striven to provide our Customers with exceptional, boutique-level service at a price competitive with other “just bang them out” commercial scanning services. We provide higher resolution than our competitors, at a lower price, or at least an equal price, than the other services Just to provide a few examples of our "above and beyond" service:

When we receive slides in containers that are marked with dates, we process them in chronological order.

When we process a box of slides from a single roll of film, if the frame numbers are marked on the slides, and are readable, we process the slides in the original frame sequence.

We insure that ALL written information contained on or in slide containers or other photo carriers, including slide lists that are sometimes found in slide carousels, is preserved in the digital records. In some cases, this requires that we scan the list of subjects and include it with the digital image files.
