New month, new me. 🙌

I’ve gotta be honest, I LOVE the first day of a new month, the first day of the season, the first day of the year...✨

I guess I’m a ‘firsts’ kinda gal.

I’m also an eternal optimist.

I find the 'first' day of anything as a launchpad to start an exciting new habit or set new goals. ✨

To be real, without goals and the tiny little actions I take to achieve them, I feel a bit lost in this world.

Each month I choose a PERSONAL goal and a BUSINESS goal.✨✔️

This month, I am focussing on:
✔️Personal goal = Mindfulness. I always PLAN to meditate or take a mindful walk, but all too often the day gets away from me, and before I know it, it's 10pm, and it's fallen through the cracks. This month, I'm holding myself accountable.

✔️Business goal = Update my website. Yup, this baby has been on the backburner for AGES! I am going to refresh my product pages, update my terms and conditions and tell you a little more about my journey on my about page.
