Family owned and operated sign company in Middletown, NY looking to hire a professional and courteous, customer service secretary with knowledge of graphic design files (.eps , .ai, .pdf)



Job duties also include answering the phones, greeting customers, possibly creating layouts for customers, checking and answering emails promptly, writing up orders and keeping track of orders. Also will be responsible for accounts receivable and payable, credit card statements and help with permitting for signage.



Will also need to use quickbooks computer programs (both quickbooks desktop and online version) to input customer and credit card data, record invoices, create sales receipts, input bills and record payments - training can be provided.
