Great ride. Way to make Delaware proud boys!

12U Upstate finish as the Runner Up at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Out of 104 teams in the tournament this group battled adversity all week long while going 9-1. At the end of pool play they found themselves as the 1 seed while only allowing 1 run through 5 games. In the round of 32 the 12U Upstate team found themselves in a nail bitter against a team from Texas while finally walking it off in the bottom of the eighth. In the Sweet Sixteen round the team played against a team from California and yet again pulled out a win in a close 7-5 game. Onto the Elite Eight the boys were so fired up they found themselves completing the mercy rule win against a team from Maryland. The Final Four was a true test of grit while already playing back-to-back games they entered the third game of the day in some intense heat and still found a way to knock off a team from Florida in a 9-8 performance. The team fell short in the championship game against another team from Florida but these boys have everything to be proud of from their performance on the week. Together as a team they went on to outscore opponents 136-51 through 10 games. The offense went on a tear this week while posting 36 total home runs while the pitching staff racked up an eye popping 77 strike outs. The team found themselves as superstars throughout Cooperstown Dreams Park as the team signed autographs and took pictures with fans from all over. This run was historic for our program and the experience will never be forgotten for this group of boys and their families. We are very proud of this team and how they represented the Delmarva Aces in Cooperstown. Let’s hear it for your Delmarva Aces 12U Upstate team!!!

Great job by the Bulldogs team Trzenski and Day. They had a great winter. They decreased their pro agility by .19 sec and their 30 yard dash by .11. Their long jump went up 2.6 inches. They increased their average push up by 9.7 and their sit ups by 4.8. Have a great season boys!
