A huge congratulations to my cousins who closed on their beautiful new home in South Glastonbury this morning.
After competing in many multiple offer situations and dealing with the ups and downs of this intense market, they ended up going under contract within $5,000 of list price in an incredibly desirable neighborhood. They did not allow the pressure of this competitive market to slow them down or change their plans. They were not willing to waive home inspections & even in this seller’s market, the seller ended up putting a new roof on the house and remediating all of the buyers inspection concerns prior to closing. Although it is a different and difficult market to navigate right now, it is still very possible to win offers and close on your dream home.
