The programme is facilitated by the CCC, a division of the Min. of Youth Development and National Service.

1. Download application form and fill it out.

2. Carry with you:
The applicant's Original Birth Certificate and 2 copies.

3. Bank Account Number (if you have one - the applicant).

4. Identification Card (back and front) and 2 Copies.

5. Passport Size photos (4).

6. NIS number (if you have one).

7. Medical (at the back of the downloaded form/application).
The medical is to be completed by a Dr. at the Health Centre in your area.

8. Any educational certificates (CXC, CAPE...) one copy of each . The educational certificates are not a criteria for entry.

It is to be noted that all copies are to be accompanied by their originals.

Also, if the applicant is under 18 yrs of age, he/ she is to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
