You probably don’t realize how much money wearing all the hats yourself as the small business owner could be costing you.
One of the best things you can do for your business and your self is to delegate and outsource much earlier than you think. If someone else can be doing it 80% as good as you, then you should let them do it so you can focus on the more important tasks. If there’s someone who can do it 10x better than you, then it should be a no-brainer!

Don’t waste your time doing your own accounting, or website updates, or menial tasks when your time as the owner is 1) valuable and 2) better used in the thing you love. Hire a VA, find a freelancer, or train someone to do the job so that you can keep chugging along at what you do best. I promise, relinquishing a little control and letting someone else’s expertise work for you will yield great ROI.
