When PETX Operating acquired this 8-well cluster in Crockett and Irion County, the wells were in complete distress with little to no production.
Our initial goal was simple: restore production to a minimum of 18 barrels of oil per day
After completing workovers on 5 of the 8 wells, production reached a consistent 18–21 barrels of oil per day within just 45 days.
Today, after nearly 90 days of ownership:
• Over 30 barrels of oil produced daily
• 5 loads of oil sold
• 39 total loads required for full investment recovery
• Heavy water production is being addressed through a planned disposal system
• Projected 16–18 month payback
• Estimated 40% average annual ROI
