We encourage everyone to join us in making a difference in the Earth by stopping by the lobby after and grabbing a seedling.

Just a friendly reminder our annual OCC Easter Egg Hunt begins today! We have hidden over 150 eggs throughout the tenant suites, building common areas, garage, and exterior of the building.

We hope you hop in on the fun!

The weather is getting cooler. REMEMBER:
DO NOT plug any type of space heater into a power strip. These devices are not designed to handle the energy load of a space heater and can overheat causing a fire hazard. ⚠️🔥
