Basin CrossFit family — Winter Storm Fern is moving into our area, and everyone’s safety is the priority.

Due to expected conditions, Community Saturday is canceled. As the storm develops, other classes may be delayed or canceled depending on road safety.

🚨 Heads up, homeowners — a major cold weather storm is moving into our area.

Extreme cold, ice, sleet, and snow can put serious stress on your roof. Here’s what we commonly see after storms like this:

• Ice dams that force water under shingles
• Frozen and cracked pipe boots
• Lifted or blown-off shingles from high winds
• Leaks caused by expanding and contracting materials

Even a small issue can turn into major interior damage if it goes unnoticed.

If you notice any leaks, ceiling stains, missing shingles, or ice buildup along your roofline — don’t ignore it. The sooner it’s addressed, the easier (and cheaper) it is to fix.
