Hey friends! 🌟 Beautiful, breezy Wednesday vibes! I thought I’d share a quick update on life and business since my last post over a year ago!

My world now revolves around two gorgeous girls! Postpartum has been a challenge, so I’m easing back into massage therapy. I’m working with an incredible local personal trainer to build my strength and endurance.

Shalom!! My name is Crysta Farthing, the owner of Rapha Lymphatics. I was born & raised in the good ol’ Peace Garden State North Dakota. Oh a complete whim I enrolled for massage therapy after some college then learned that it’s a beautiful art form of natural healing & ended up falling in love. July 2015; I Graduated from Josef’s School of Hair Design in Grand forks, ND. Shortly after graduating, I moved across the country from ND to TX to be with my best friend Aaron of 14 years & now husband. We got married in 2019, then shortly after God blessed us with a beautiful daughter & thats when I became a stay at home mom. Prior to having my daughter I worked in Dallas at the former massage studio The Massage Elite, where I had the privilege to learn so many amazing modalities to help my current & future clients. I’ve been so blessed to have worked with a US Volleyball Coach, a few US Womens Soccer members, CrossFit, Iron Man Trainees, Marathon Trainees, Personal Trainers, & Body Builders. Ive studied in depth on TMJ & Migraines because I use to suffer from chronic migraines in high school & college. I have also volunteered for concerts put on by Premier Productions. So I have been blessed & honored to have worked with Lauren Daigle, Plumb, members of Building 429, Leanna Crawford, AHI, Scott Mulvahill, members of Infinity Song, music managers & backstage crews. I truly love what I do, there’s nothing like Integrative Massage Therapy! The gifts of the Holy Spirit in the Body of Christ is & are still Alive!!!! A normal session with me is very thorough as I will do my best to figure out your muscular issues & body imbalances so We can nip your chronic & acute pain in the butt! All my certifications and accomplishments couldn’t have been done without the grace & strength of the Father & Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) along with the support of my best friend/husband & family. Its through Yeshua’s love and mercy that I do what I do. It brings my heart so much joy & happiness to see drastic improvements in my clients after each session! I am so excited to serve & to show the love and grace of God & Yeshua (Jesus) to the Midothian, Ovilla, & Waxhachie communities! 💜
