Our walking meditation group—rooted in the teachings of Joe Dispenza—is about learning to create with eyes open.

We begin within… regulating the nervous system, elevating emotion, connecting to a future self.

Then we open our eyes—and walk in it.

Each step becomes intentional.
Each breath, a signal.
Each moment, a choice to embody who we’re becoming.

Not reacting to life…
