Pastels are in for Spring 2013. That doesn't mean you have to wear baby blue eye shadow from lash to brow. Instead try to pop a soft color under your lash line or blend a pastel in your crease with other neutral colors.

Look of the week: Two tone lips
This look might be a little bold for everyday but if used with colors that are fairly close it is very wearable.

Tip: To make your lips look fuller start with a darker shade on both lips and pop a lighter shade in the center of your lips you will look gorgeous guaranteed XOXO
