First day of spring and time for us to start thinking of some delicious pulled pork BBQ! Did some smoking during the winter for private functions and holidays, but now we're ready to start gearing up the retail biz. Are you ready for some T-Bob's Que?

T-Bob hand pulling BBQ since 7am this morning! He's the man! Up most of the night smoking 75 pounds of pork butt. Now he's pulling while I pack up the pound containers. Most of this is pre-sold but if you want some of what's not, just private message me. Don't forget to order some sauce or homemade slaw to go with the pork!
