I’m going to say something that shouldn’t be controversial, but somehow is in 2026:

America is the greatest nation in the history of the world.

Not up for debate.

Are we perfect? Not even close. I’ve spent years on the streets of this country pulling people out of the wreckage of our failures. Addiction. Trafficking. Incarceration. Broken systems.

I know our sins better than most, because I clean up after them for a living.

But you know what the “America was never great” crowd conveniently forgets?

We electrified the world. Literally. The light bulb, the power grid, the modern age - born here.
