2021 was a tough year for all of us. We are all fighting our own battles even though no one else may actually know. I am so grateful and proud to have earned the designation of Realtor500 this past year—it was a goal I set out to achieve and I and just beyond words. Sold!! Yeah baby! Congrats Maria and Ryan!! Only a couple closings left before the end of the year! My relationship with the buyers of this house started back last December at an Open House and is a huge testament to the market vigilance I keep for everyone who hires me! We only saw 4 homes in 12 months… because we knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t waste time looking at homes by trying to force it. Shooters shoot baby and closers close!
