Remember, the right home for you is out there, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed with all the choices out there. This feeling is a good reminder to take your time and focus on what really matters to you. 💗

Your agent has been through this with many buyer clients, so if you’re feeling a little worried, allow them to support and guide you through the process.

Quick PSA: As of August 17th, you must sign the buyer agreement and formally hire your REALTOR ® BEFORE touring any homes. REALTORS ® cannot show you any homes without that agreement in place first.

This means that finding the right agent to work with has become much more important!

Make sure to ask for references, talk with family and friends, and interview different agents to find the agent who will work best for you.
