Job Purpose: Head of Operations
Supports all facets of business operations in close cooperation with the President and CEO.

Office Location: Rockleigh, NJ
Production facility: White Marsh, MD
Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
Travel: Moderate travel required

Tiburon Lockers Inc., is an industry leader in developing, producing and delivery of storage lockers to recreational and correctional facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Join a young and aggressive staff, in a business growing 20% annually.

Specifically, the Head of Operations will:

• Report to the CEO and manage production, logistics, customer relations, and product development teams, and overseeing the HR function.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management that enhances the mission and core values of Tiburon.
• Oversee and direct strategy of the operational plan for growth, including planning for new products
• Set comprehensive short term and long-term goals for performance that drive YOY growth, achieve cost control goals, and increases gross margin. Routinely analyze data and metrics to measure success.
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective strategies and processes across departments.
• Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to support the rapid growth objectives of Tiburon. Additionally, this role would ensure cross-functional collaboration to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate closely with the chief executive officer and produce reports on company operations
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable yet enjoyable environment within the company.

Professional Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Executive role, in a B2B equipment supplier business.
• Proven success as a manager, leader, and coach/mentor with a lead-by-example, and agile approach.
• Experience leading and executing a business strategy that has successfully reached $5 to 10M+ in Gross Revenue
• Highly analytical; able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics to track and measure progress and success.
• Experience with organizational development, structuring and operations.
• Experience with logistics, production, distribution, and contracting.
• Familiarity with systems – SalesForce, Evernote, Monday.com, QuickBooks, MS Office Suite
