Story time with Pace Electric
A customer called to say a tree branch had come down on his overhead electrical service causing a serious bend in the lateral mast. Based on my preliminary on-site inspection I informed the customer I suspected damage to the roof framing behind the shingles and suggested coordinating with a carpenter to perform a repair of the roof in conjunction with the repair to the electrical mast. The customer agreed and we scheduled a date for service. On the appointed date I arrived and removed the lateral mast and we were finally able to see the significant damage to the roof joists. The carpenter was able to repair the joists and roof and the repair turned out perfectly. We are glad we were correct about the true extent of the damage and that the customer has had the proper repair performed.
