Thanks to Jeff Upshaw and our clinic coordinator Dawn for another amazing Pro clinic at First State BMX. Everyone learned some new skills, got some pro tips and had a great time! Jeff was great working with everyone and even hung around for pics and autographs!

We will plan a work party/practice every Thursday leading up to gold cup weekend. I will work on a list of things needed to be ready for the big weekend. Please help us complete some work. We have work for all ages.
