Carolann Lehnhardt grew up in Marin County and has spent over 25 years perfecting her craft and brings both artistry and intention to her work— a space where creativity and connection meet.

She specializes in creating color that feels effortless and refined from soft, sun-kissed blondes to deep, rich brunettes. With advanced training from Aveda, Schwarzkopf, Redken, and L’Oréal, every color and tone she creates is crafted with intention, guided by both experience and an intuitive sense of what suits each person best. She has also mentored new stylists through Summit Salon education programs, sharing her passion for growth, artistry, and collaboration.

She’s learned that great hair goes beyond technique; it’s about listening, attention to detail, and translating how someone wants to feel into a look that’s authentically theirs. Every appointment is a collaboration, a creative exchange built on trust, conversation, and artistry.

Outside the salon, Carolann finds inspiration in painting, photography, and time by the ocean, slowing down to take in the world around her. When it’s time to unwind, she enjoys getting caught up in a good murder mystery or tuning into podcasts or books that inspire, entertain, or make her laugh.
