The Millbrook Inn

Our first December wedding at the inn this weekend…and even though the bride wanted us to make a traditional wedding cake with her favorite summer color (pink) and her favorite summer fruit (raspberry), the food and vibe was winter all the way: guests mingled around our fire sipping on apple squash “espressos” and crispy risotto with a saffron aioli, sliced filet mignon crostinis with a walnut kale pesto, and lots of other winter delights.
