A front desk receptionist and a kennel assistant each play vital roles in ensuring smooth operations within the veterinary clinic.

The front desk receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

The Kennel assistant focuses on the care and well-being of the animals. Their responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the health of the animals, as well as assisting with medical procedures when necessary. This role demands a compassionate attitude, physical stamina, and a keen attention to detail.

Both positions require a love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and care.

Part Time Kennel Tech
(approximately 20-30 hours a week)

Must have open availability
7am - 6 pm Monday - Sunday
Alternating Weekends and Some Holidays
Pay depends on experience

Duties include but not limited to:
Caring for Animals in hospitalized and boarding quarters.
Feeding, Watering, Bathing and medicating both dogs and cats according to schedules.
Assisting Technicians with restraining animals as required
Cleans, changes, and disinfects cages, pens, yards; sanitizes animal rooms, hallways,
And ancillary equipment.
Must be reliable and able to work well on your own.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Attention to details and the ability to notice changes in a pet's health are required.
