Goals for the next year:
•Get to 5k
•travel outside of the country
•Create a writing routine to follow 6/7 days a week
•Make it into the 1K club (squat, deadlift, bench)
•Get a camera for improved content
•Talk to gym crush (High difficulty)

Psalm 43:5
“Why are you cast down, Oh my soul? And why are you in turmoil within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God”
~The past 2 days, I have read this. Psalm 43 verse 5 and 44 verse 11. I realized I can relate. Around this time for the past few years, I have felt drained, lonely, tired, and downcast. Despite the progress, despite the results, despite the growth, I have felt my soul deeply. For the past month or so, I have felt this again. A wandering, a drift. With that said, sometimes it doesn’t matter if you read your Bible every day, pray every day, worship every day. Now, today, as I type this, I realize a soul that feels is a beautiful thing, a sovereign thing. It reminds you of your humanity; it humbles you; it makes you aware of what you have left in the dark. I’ve felt this past month, deeply, and I am becoming closer and closer to God, to Jesus my savior, as I walk through this valley. This is the reality, and this is me.
You are loved, deeply and passionately.
Continue to chase progress, you are doing a wonderful job, and I am so proud of you.
Leave perfection ahead of you, and take a step towards growth every day. It is not straight up, nor is it straight down.
