We finally opened this Promised Land Stout. No man knows its age. Probably from 2010 or 2011. It tastes great.
Ok. So... We just made a rye porter with amarillo finishing hops. We wanted a fusion of the rue pale ale and the rye porter that we did before.

This is the side fermentation of our imperial porter from about a year ago. It smells sour. Should we drink it?
