Eat Drink Ride 302

I have been on this fruit salad kick. Nooo, NOT multi fruits mixed and eaten together, but fresh or grilled fruits as the "main character " in your salad.
Here are two local favorites for me.. Mango salad, and a pineapple salad, local here to Delaware. The pineapple was absolute delish, I had to get two. One for the night of, and one for lunch the next day. Really trying to decide if maybe Dough Bar needs a pineapple salad on our menu, in addition to our berry salad. Any thoughts or personal favorites you'd like to see us try?
