Behavior Quest LLC was founded in 2016 with a dedicated focus on providing quality services while maintaining a positive and supportive clinical setting for our staff. Our dedicated team works hard providing individualized therapy that is meaningful and motivating.
RBT Requirements:
Active RBT Certification with the BACB (REQUIRED).
Active CPR/BLS Certification.
HIPAA Training is a plus.
Ability to pass level II background screening.
Ability to pass drug screening.
Minimum 2 years experience working with children with developmental and behavioral disorders.
Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders.
Knowledge of Verbal Behavior and Skill Acquisition.
Passion for helping children reach their potential.
Willingness to learn and work as a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
Implement ABA treatment programs as written by supervising BCBA.
Write clear and complete session notes.
Collect and record data thoroughly.
Provide hands-on, direct services while following the principles of ABA.
Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.
Maintain the professional and ethical standards of Behavior Quest and the BACB both on and off the job.

Behavior Quest LLC is looking to hire a qualified, energetic and motivated BCBA for our in-home and center-based therapy programs.
Our focus is on skill acquisition, verbal behavior, behavior deceleration, parent and staff training. We are a family oriented practice and encourage parent involvement.
Qualified Candidates will Possess:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing and completion of supervision requirements
• Experience developing and writing behavior and skill acquisition programs
• Experience conducting assessments such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP
• Experience writing behavior improvement plans
• Training and fluency with Verbal Behavior programming
• Experience working with a variety of ages and range of disabilities
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Must consent to and pass a level II criminal background check
• Must possess a driver’s license and reliable transportation
