Come visit our Highly Rated Scenic Waterfront park conveniently located less then 1/2 mile south off I-10 just across Escambia Bay from Pensacola in a peaceful quiet area! Waterfront sites both Pull-in & Back-in for great views and Pull-thru site for a one night stay with no dis-connecting required. All sites full hookups with water, electric(50/30/20) sewage, Free Cable TV(ESPN, HGTV, FOX, etc) and Wi-Fi. Big Rigs up to 45' with tows. Pet Friendly , some restrictions. Bring your own Canoes/Kayaks or rent one of ours to launch from our own private boat ramp. Saltwater fishing(No License required) from our pedestrian bridge over our private canal that connects directly into Indian Bayou leading into the Escambia Bay. When you stay at Avalon Landing, you could spend hours, if not days, exploring the inlets and marshes of Indian Bayou. Bring your fishing gear, because we are prime redfish habitat, but if you prefer watching wildlife, you're just as likely to see ospreys, alligators and wading birds that also call Indian Bayou home.

Water and marsh isn't just in our backyard to explore, but it's a signature feature of the Garcon Point wet prairie ecosystem. Avalon Landing RV Park is just a few miles from the Yellow River Marsh Preserve State Park and the Garcon Point Trail and a perfect base camp to explore the Garcon Point/Blackwater River areas.
