I was honored to see Emma and Ashley sitting in the room when I walked in to speak on the panel for TFA’s Winter Mingle. They chose to spend their Thursday evening catching up with me and absorbing nuggets of wisdom to continue growing in their careers. If only you could’ve seen the smile on my face when I saw them. They just don’t know how much of an impact they made on my leadership journey. I’m so proud of where they are now and look forward to seeing them continue to make a lasting impression in our community.
