Sylvan Esso just announced a tour that will include Milwaukee’s Riverside Theater on Oct. 21.

The band’s new single “Hot Slob” follows Sylvan Esso’s choice to move their work to their own indie label Psychic Hotline this past fall – and previews much to come this summer.

Tickets for the October show go on sale this Friday, June 12 at 10 a.m. online via AXS and at the Pabst/Riverside box offices. ()

If you’re ever tossing a line in on the Milwaukee river, you may be lucky enough to hear the strings of Bitch Creek coming down from Vienna Avenue.

Formed in 2024 in a Riverwest bar, Bitch Creek fell in love quickly and began cultivating their distinct sound: a blend of melancholic finger-style guitar, eerie fiddle licks, earthy vocals and droning string sections.
