We are seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) to join our team on an immediate basis.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Performing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.

SKILLS
Team management skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail and have a technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum education BBA/MBA in HRM.
· Experience: 06-1 Year
